12.1 The bk55 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. bk55 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately close the associated account, delete the personal data, and — where winnings have accrued — handle those amounts in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

12.2 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a person under 21 has registered a bk55 account or provided personal data to bk55, please contact our support team immediately via live chat or at the contact email in Clause 14. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 48 hours of being notified.

13.1 bk55 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, platform features, legal requirements, or the regulatory environment. All changes will be published on this page with an updated version number and effective date.
